赴微软工作Lab Engineer（工作地点：美国）
Responsibilities:
• Managing server test beds and infrastructure servers
• Upgrade and maintain lab equipment (computers, monitors, SAN, etc)
• Work directly with testers and developers to provide timely resolution to issues.
• Keep up to date inventory of all lab equipment
• Provide direction to improve, analyze, and optimize day-to-day operations in a very large automated infrastructure of Windows servers
• Provide technical expertise to perform root cause analysis of service interrupting incidents; develop and implement strategies to prevent recurrence
• Interact on a daily basis with the Operations team, Test teams, and specialized Operations teams to design and deploy each new generation of our computing and network architecture
• Create or propose technical solutions when faced with a new complex systems design or process issue, where little or no precedent exists
• Take responsibility for prioritizing high-priority, competing tasks that may lack clear end results so that the results fall within the Lab SLA
• Drive operational improvements upstream into product development efforts

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in computer related field or equivalent work experience
• 1 - 3 years IT Operations experience
• Ability to be self-directed when required and work closely within a team environment
• Microsoft certification, A+ or strong knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems and other Microsoft technologies, including SQL, IIS, DFS, MOM, SMS, WINS and SharePoint
• Networking knowledge of TCP/IP networks

Requirements
• At least 3 years of J2EE/Java software development/test experience in Enterprise Applications.
• Experience in installation and administration application server(web sphere or j/boss)) and database (db2, oracle, or postgresql)
• Performance testing base on a big enterprise application system.
• Unix/Linux and shell programming basics is required.
• Experience in banking industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of QA practices, methodologies, and procedures in whole SDLC including writing test cases, test plan, and quality report.
• Quick learner and self-starter with an affinity for continuous improvement.
• Good professional working spirit and attitude with self-motivation, pro-active plus flexible and in resolving problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and English fluency
Main responsibilities
• Mainly focus on test software for banking self-service and solution to assure all deliverables with high quality on time based on Product and Process Oriented.
• Setup the testing environment and trouble shooting some problems of the ATM.
• Review requirements, create test plan, design and execute test cases, produce final Quality Report.
• Carry out performance testing.
• Timely report and track the issues by Issue Management system.
• Together with local and international development and support teams to resolve the issues.
• Cooperate with German headquarter QA teams to do the test.
• Review and document some deliverables such as system manual, installation guide.
• Produce test status and quality reports to QA Manager in every testing cycle.

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent software experience in the ATM industry
• Basic programming knowledge of modern programming languages and methods (e.g. C++, Java, OOA, OOD, SML, HTML)
• A good software technical understanding of modern PC based self service systems and multi-vendor software solutions
• Detailed knowledge of CEN/XFS interfaces and implementations
• Detailed understanding of ATM message protocols (DDC 91x, NDC+, IFX) and network protocols (SNA, BSC, TCP/IP)
• Deep technical knowledge of Windows based operating systems and network topologies
• Basic knowledge in project management
• Experience in the ATM Industry, knowledge of Diebold and NCR hardware products preferred
• Ability to be flexible in travel and scheduling
