学生进入初三之后，上课似乎不怎么愿意发言，即使知道答案，也不太喜欢举手，与以前相比真的变化较大。怎样调动学生发言的积极性，是个值得思考的问题。
　　
　　 到了上第第三单元Teenagers should be allowed to choose their own clothes的时候了，我很清楚地记得以前慧在她的博客上写过一篇上该单元的文章，尽管我们都早不在那个网站写博了，但为了找这篇文章，还是硬着头皮进去了。博客圈已被该站长改得面目全非了，而且清冷得很。我们原先在里边的链接全部失效了，慧的博客怎么也找不到了。最后只好用慧的ID登陆，在她的后台找到了这篇文章，将这篇文章反复地学习了几遍，准备第二天上课就照她这种模式去上，应该会很成功的。
　　
　　 第二天上课，我从复习以前学过的内容入手，向学生提问：What are the school rules? 于是学生纷纷举手回答：we must n’t keep long hair. We can’t be late for school. We must wear school uniform. We must finish our homework .......最能引起学生共鸣的是学生W的回答：We mustn't buy Japanese things and watch Japanese cartoons in our class.
　　
　　 紧接着，我也按照慧在文章里边提到的思路发问了：what school rules do you think should be changed？这时学生真是出乎意料地踊跃.
　　
　　 学生Ａ答：“we shouldn’t wear our school uniforms every day 。”我加问一句：“Why do you think so?”A不紧不慢地答道：“when we wear them in winter, we feel cold, when we wear them in summer ,we feel very hot and I think the school uniforms are very ugly. We all love to be beautiful. we should be allowed to wear our own clothes.”
　　
　　 学生Ｂ补充说：“we only have a suit of school uniform ,if we wear them every day ,it doesn’t look clean.”我说：“your opinions sound reasonable, I think you’d better give your suggestions to the headmaster, because he sits next to your classroom .”此时学生边笑边摇头。
　　
　　 学生Ｃ站起来说：“We should do less homework, because we must sleep well at night .”我回答：“that’s a good idea.”
　　
　　 学生Ｄ又答：“we shouldn’t have breakfast at school .if we do that, we must get up early ,and at that time ,we don’t feel like eating anything. We should be allowed to have breakfast at home. 对于这种敏感的问题，不能随便表态，说：“maybe you are right.but we have to obey the school rules.”
　　
　　 学生Ｅ站起来说：“we should be allowed to go sightseeing to open our eyes and we are overburdened with our lessons.”对于Ｅ的想法，我便说道：that’s a good idea ,I really agree with you.if it is possible,I'd like to go sighting with you.”听完这些，学生不停地鼓掌。 快下课时学生们觉得意犹未尽，也很轻易地掌握了本节的重点：　be allowed to do sth.
　　 　
　　 对于这节课自我感觉还是比较好。由此感到，如何找好授课的切入点，选择学生感兴趣的话题，让学生觉得有话可说是一节课成功的关键。
　　
　　
　　
　　
　　2007年09月20日22:09 [补记]     总是会在不经意间想起在DB写博的那些日子，虽然我仅仅是写些随心的垃圾文字消磨时光，但慧常写些教学及教子方面的经验的文章，F则是个很有责任心的班主任，常写些教育方面的经验文章，真的让人受益匪浅。
